I send email to support@redhat.com but my messages bounce back to me. What is the problem?

A: support@redhat.com Is Not Used at This Time

To better serve our customers, Red Hat is re-engineering our email support process. At this time, the support@redhat.com address is not functional. In the meantime, please use support via the web or by telephone.

Q: System Will Not Allow Login

I know that I have already signed up, but the system will not let me log in.

A: Old Logins and Passwords Will Not Work

You could be trying to use an old login and password, or simply mistyping your login or password. Refer to the section called Problems When You Try to Log In in Appendix E for more information.
